5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.

8. Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding hospital operations, including bed availability, staffing levels, and unit capabilities.
9. Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to address any questions or concerns related to patient placement.
10. Continuously evaluate and improve patient placement processes to ensure optimal efficiency and patient satisfaction.
11. Train and educate new staff members on patient placement procedures and protocols.
12. Adhere to all HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines.
13. Represent the hospital and nursing administration team in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
14. Participate in hospital-wide committees and initiatives related to patient placement and care.
15. Other duties as assigned by the Nursing Administration team.
