1. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, providing a warm and welcoming environment upon arrival at the hospital.
2. Build strong relationships with patients to understand their needs and concerns, and address them in a timely and compassionate manner.
3. Communicate with healthcare providers to ensure that patients’ needs and preferences are effectively communicated and addressed.
4. Act as a liaison between patients and hospital staff, advocating for patients’ best interests and ensuring they receive high-quality care.
5. Coordinate and schedule appointments, tests, and procedures for patients, while ensuring efficient use of hospital resources.
6. Provide support and guidance to patients and their families throughout their hospital stay, answering questions and providing information about services and resources available.
7. Maintain accurate and organized patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
8. Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure smooth and seamless patient care.
9. Stay up-to-date with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance in all interactions with patients.
10. Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction by gathering and addressing feedback and implementing necessary changes.
