  1. Perform surgical procedures on patients with musculoskeletal injuries or disorders.
  2. Diagnose and treat orthopedic conditions, including fractures, dislocations, and degenerative diseases.
  3. Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient's medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic tests.
  4. Collaborate with other physicians and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  5. Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and post-operative care.
  6. Stay up-to-date with advancements in orthopedic medicine and technology.
  7. Follow all hospital protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
  8. Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
  9. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development and improvement of orthopedic services.
  10. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of the medical profession.
  11. Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, colleagues, and hospital staff.
  12. Maintain a positive and compassionate attitude towards patients and their families.
  13. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and safety measures.
  14. Attend continuing education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  15. Act as a role model for junior medical staff and assist in their professional development.

Job Qualifications
  • Active And Unrestricted Medical License In The State Of Montana.

  • Medical Degree And Completion Of A Residency Program In Orthopedic Surgery.

  • Board Certification In Orthopedic Surgery By The American Board Of Orthopaedic Surgery.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Orthopedic Surgery, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.

  • Excellent Surgical Skills And Proficiency In The Latest Techniques And Procedures In Orthopedic Surgery.
