- Perform surgical procedures on patients with musculoskeletal injuries or disorders.
- Diagnose and treat orthopedic conditions, including fractures, dislocations, and degenerative diseases.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient's medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic tests.
- Collaborate with other physicians and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and post-operative care.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in orthopedic medicine and technology.
- Follow all hospital protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development and improvement of orthopedic services.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of the medical profession.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, colleagues, and hospital staff.
- Maintain a positive and compassionate attitude towards patients and their families.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and safety measures.
- Attend continuing education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Act as a role model for junior medical staff and assist in their professional development.
Active And Unrestricted Medical License In The State Of Montana.
Medical Degree And Completion Of A Residency Program In Orthopedic Surgery.
Board Certification In Orthopedic Surgery By The American Board Of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Orthopedic Surgery, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.
Excellent Surgical Skills And Proficiency In The Latest Techniques And Procedures In Orthopedic Surgery.
