- Provide expert obstetric and gynecological care to patients at Providence St. Patrick Hospital.
- Conduct thorough physical exams and diagnostic tests to assess and diagnose patients' medical conditions.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and provide ongoing management of patients' health.
- Monitor and manage patients' pregnancy progress, including performing ultrasounds and delivering babies.
- Conduct gynecological procedures and surgeries, such as Pap smears, colposcopies, and hysterectomies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and provide integrated care for patients.
- Educate patients on various health topics, including contraception, sexually transmitted diseases, and menopause.
- Maintain accurate and organized medical records and documentation.
- Stay current on medical advancements and best practices in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.
- Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and sensitivity when interacting with patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members.
- Adhere to all hospital and industry regulations and standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth and success of the department.
- Act as a mentor and resource for medical students, residents, and other healthcare professionals.
- Attend conferences and continuing education opportunities to continuously improve and enhance medical knowledge and skills.
Board Certification In Obstetrics And Gynecology.
Current State Medical License And Dea Certification.
Medical Degree And Completion Of An Accredited Residency Program In Obstetrics And Gynecology.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Colleagues, And Healthcare Team Members.
Demonstrated Experience And Proficiency In Providing Comprehensive Women's Health Services, Including Prenatal Care, Gynecologic Surgeries, And Management Of High-Risk Pregnancies.
