Responsibilities:

1. Assist with patient care in the home environment.
2. Administer treatments and medications as directed by a physician.
3. Monitor patient vitals and keep detailed records of patient care.
4. Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and ambulating.
5. Provide emotional support to patients and families.
6. Educate patients and families on the importance of preventive healthcare.
7. Communicate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare personnel.
8. Follow safety protocols and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
10. Participate in continuing education activities to stay up to date on best practices.
