- Provide compassionate and high-quality naturopathic and acupuncture care to patients at Providence St. Patrick Hospital.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement holistic treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health history, lifestyle, and current health status to determine the most effective treatment approach.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in naturopathy and acupuncture and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care.
- Educate patients on the principles and benefits of naturopathic and acupuncture treatments and promote overall wellness.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and comply with all hospital and legal regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and coordinate care.
- Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of patient care.
- Continuously evaluate and improve treatment techniques and protocols to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to raise awareness of the naturopathic and acupuncture services offered at Providence St. Patrick Hospital.
- Foster a positive and professional working relationship with colleagues, patients, and their families.
- Attend continuing education courses and maintain relevant certifications and licenses.

Degree In Naturopathic Medicine Or Acupuncture: Candidates For This Position Should Hold A Doctor Of Naturopathic Medicine (Nd) Or Master Of Acupuncture (Mac) Degree From An Accredited Institution.
State Licensure And Board Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Licensed To Practice As A Naturopathic Physician Or Acupuncturist In The State Of Montana, And Hold Certification From The American Association Of Naturopathic Physicians (Aanp) Or The National Certification Commission For Acupuncture And Oriental Medicine (Nccaom).
Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Previous Experience Working In A Hospital Or Other Healthcare Setting Is Preferred. This Could Include Internships, Residencies, Or Employment In A Clinical Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Build Relationships With Patients, Colleagues, And Other Healthcare Professionals Is Essential For Success In This Role.
Knowledge Of Integrative Medicine: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Integrative Medicine Principles And Be Able To Incorporate A Variety Of Natural Healing Modalities Into Their Treatment Plans, Including Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, And Mind-Body Practices.
