Job Description

Providence St. Patrick Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Naturopath/Acupuncturist to join our team. As a Naturopath/Acupuncturist at our hospital, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in providing integrative, holistic care to patients. Your role will involve collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on the benefits of naturopathic and acupuncture therapies. To excel in this position, you must hold a valid license as a Naturopathic Physician and be a certified Acupuncturist. Additionally, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.   1. Provide integrative and holistic care to patients using naturopathic and acupuncture therapies.
  2. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
  3. Educate patients on the benefits of naturopathic and acupuncture therapies.
  4. Hold a valid license as a Naturopathic Physician and be a certified Acupuncturist.
  5. Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  6. Maintain a strong commitment to patient-centered care and actively engage in patient education and empowerment.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of naturopathy and acupuncture.
  8. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation.
  9. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and ensure the best outcomes for patients.
  10. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
  11. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives.
  12. Provide guidance and support to patients throughout their treatment journey.
  13. Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor at all times.
  14. Actively participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
  15. Support the hospital's mission to provide compassionate and comprehensive healthcare to the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Naturopathic Medicine Or Acupuncture From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current License To Practice Naturopathic Medicine Or Acupuncture In The State Of Montana.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Facility.

  • Strong Knowledge Of And Experience With Traditional Chinese Medicine And Herbal Remedies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Healthcare Professionals.
