- Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients in the Operating Room.
- Work in various Operating Rooms across multiple campuses, adapting to different team dynamics and environments.
- Utilize your knowledge and experience in the Operating Room to provide safe and effective care to patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique healthcare needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' responses to treatments and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Active Rn License: The Multi Campus Float Pool Rn Must Hold An Active And Unrestricted Registered Nurse License In The State Of Montana. This Ensures That The Candidate Meets All Necessary Education And Training Requirements To Practice As A Nurse.
Operating Room Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Operating Room Setting. This Experience Should Include A Variety Of Surgical Procedures And The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And High-Pressure Environment.
Flexibility: As A Multi Campus Float Pool Rn, The Candidate Must Be Able To Adapt To Different Work Environments And Schedules. This May Include Working At Different Hospital Locations, Different Shifts, And Potentially Being On Call.
Strong Communication Skills: The Multi Campus Float Pool Rn Must Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal. This Is Crucial For Effectively Working With Different Teams And Departments, As Well As Communicating With Patients And Their Families.
Bls And Acls Certification: Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications Are Required For This Position.
