- Perform laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure quality and accuracy of test results.
- Adhere to strict safety and infection control protocols while handling specimens and performing tests.
- Keep accurate records of test results and report any abnormal findings to the appropriate medical personnel.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive and timely patient care.
- Continuously stay updated on advancements and changes in laboratory technology and procedures.
- Participate in quality control and assurance programs to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Assist in training and mentoring new laboratory staff and students.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.

Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting
Certification As A Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) From A Recognized Accrediting Agency
Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, Or Related Field
Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Procedures And Techniques, Including Proficiency In Performing Complex Tests And Using Equipment
Ability To Accurately Analyze And Interpret Laboratory Results, Troubleshoot Technical Issues, And Maintain Accurate Records
