- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier providers for our organization.
- Build and maintain relationships with providers to establish a strong network for recruitment purposes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the organization's needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
- Utilize various recruitment methods, such as job fairs, networking events, and online platforms, to attract potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Negotiate contracts and compensation packages with potential hires.
- Provide guidance and support to recruitment team members.
- Maintain accurate and updated recruitment data and reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Represent the organization at recruitment events and conferences.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new providers.
- Monitor and track recruitment metrics to measure the success of recruitment efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and other organizations to establish a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment practices.
- Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and maintain a positive and professional employer brand to attract top providers.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and potential providers, providing information and answering any questions about the organization and the recruitment process.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Identify and address any challenges or obstacles in the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop recruitment materials and campaigns.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Recruitment, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Provider Credentialing And Privileging Process.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Providers And Internal Stakeholders.
Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting, As Well As Knowledge Of Recruitment Metrics And Best Practices.
