
Manager - Patient Access
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-service oriented individual to join our team as Manager - Patient Access at Providence St. Patrick Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all patients have a positive experience with the hospital's patient access services.The ideal candidate must possess a high level of organizational and interpersonal skills and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. They must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them accordingly. A minimum of five years of experience in a healthcare patient access setting is required, with at least two years of supervisory experience. They must also be proficient in various types of computer applications and software.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and patient care. They must also be a self-starter who is able to lead, direct, and motivate a team of patient access specialists. The successful candidate must be a team player who is able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
