1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Labor and Delivery department at Providence St. Patrick Hospital.
2. Lead a team of nurses and provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
3. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure safe and efficient delivery of care.
