Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Manager Medicare Producer to join the team at Providence St. Patrick Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase Medicare enrollment at our hospital. The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry and has the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to increase Medicare enrollment at Providence St. Patrick Hospital.
  2. Research industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  3. Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital staff, healthcare providers, and Medicare representatives.
  4. Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction of patients and other stakeholders.
  5. Monitor progress of Medicare enrollment goals and adjust strategies as needed.
  6. Ensure that all activities related to Medicare enrollment are conducted in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  7. Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to Medicare enrollment.
  8. Prepare and present reports on Medicare enrollment progress and trends.
  9. Provide training and guidance to hospital staff related to Medicare enrollment.
  10. Attend relevant conferences and events to stay abreast of industry trends and regulations.
