Lead Rehabilitation Services

Providence St. Patrick Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated healthcare professional to join our team as Lead Rehabilitation Services. As the leader of the team, they will be responsible for setting goals and expectations for the staff and ensuring that the services provided are meeting the highest standards.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology and five years of experience in the field. Additionally, they will be a strong leader and communicator, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team. 1. Supervise and evaluate the staff providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services.

9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
10. Participate in staff training and development.
