Job Description

Providence St. Patrick Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated healthcare professional to join our team as Lead Rehabilitation Services. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who will bring their knowledge and expertise to our hospital in order to provide the highest quality of care for our patients.The Lead of Rehabilitation Services will be responsible for leading the staff in providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services. As the leader of the team, they will be responsible for setting goals and expectations for the staff and ensuring that the services provided are meeting the highest standards.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology and five years of experience in the field. Additionally, they will be a strong leader and communicator, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and evaluate the staff providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services.
  2. Develop and implement goals and expectations for the staff.
  3. Ensure that the services provided are meeting the highest standards.
  4. Liaise with a multidisciplinary team to ensure all needs are met.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and treatments within the field.
  6. Monitor patient progress and outcomes.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  8. Develop and monitor budgets and resources.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  10. Participate in staff training and development.
