  1. Coordinate and schedule all procedures for patients at Providence St. Patrick Hospital.
  2. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in the scheduling process to minimize wait times and maximize patient satisfaction.
  3. Maintain an organized and well-functioning scheduling system.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and healthcare professionals to coordinate procedures and ensure smooth execution.
  5. Monitor and manage the availability of resources and equipment needed for procedures.
  6. Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, providing necessary information and instructions regarding their procedures.
  7. Work closely with the billing department to accurately document and code procedures for proper invoicing.
  8. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and schedules to meet the needs of patients and the hospital.
  9. Train and supervise scheduling staff, ensuring they are up-to-date on procedures and protocols.
  10. Continuously strive for improvement in scheduling processes and patient experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, With A Strong Understanding Of Procedural Scheduling Processes And Systems.

  • Advanced Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Insurance Requirements, And Scheduling Guidelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Work With Physicians, Staff, And Patients.

  • Experience With Electronic Medical Records And Scheduling Systems, With A Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software.
