  • Act as a strategic partner to the organization's leaders, providing HR expertise and guidance to support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and values.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and address HR needs, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
  • Serve as a resource for employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Conduct regular assessments and analysis of HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead and facilitate discussions and trainings on various HR topics, including diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and compliance.
  • Play a key role in recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting with the onboarding process.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk for the organization.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to continuously improve HR processes and practices.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the organization's mission and values.
  • Utilize effective communication and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all levels.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr, With Experience In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting Preferred.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeoc Guidelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Proven Experience In Strategic Hr Planning, Including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, And Employee Development.
