- Act as a strategic partner to the organization's leaders, providing HR expertise and guidance to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and values.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and address HR needs, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
- Serve as a resource for employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct regular assessments and analysis of HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead and facilitate discussions and trainings on various HR topics, including diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Play a key role in recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting with the onboarding process.
- Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk for the organization.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to continuously improve HR processes and practices.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the organization's mission and values.
- Utilize effective communication and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all levels.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr, With Experience In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting Preferred.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeoc Guidelines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders.
Proven Experience In Strategic Hr Planning, Including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, And Employee Development.
