
Home Health Aide - Hospice
Providence St. Patrick Hospital is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dedicated Home Health Aide - Hospice with excellent communication and organizational skills to join our Hospice team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide respectful care to patients and their families in their homes. You will provide comfort and assistance in activities of daily living, including but not limited to personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience as a Home Health Aide, a high school diploma or GED, and current CPR certification. In addition, you must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to and from patient homes. You should possess strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to maintain patient confidentiality, and a dedication to providing high-quality patient care. Responsibilities:
- Provide respectful care to patients and their families in their homes.
- Assist in activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
