- Prepare and deliver meals to patients, visitors, and staff in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all meals adhere to dietary restrictions and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and labeling of food items.
- Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff to ensure their dietary needs and preferences are met.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to plan and execute meal service according to schedules.
- Monitor food inventory and report any shortages or issues to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, cooking, and plating.
- Handle cash transactions and accurately record sales in the POS system.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and resolve any complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to help out wherever needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as all applicable health and safety regulations.

Excellent Customer Service And Communication Skills
