- Greet and welcome patients, families, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure that all food service areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Prepare and serve meals to patients according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Monitor and record patient food intake, making note of any special requests or concerns.
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate meal delivery.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures when handling and storing food.
- Assist in the set-up and clean-up of patient meal trays and dining areas.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Food Service Attendant At Providence St. Patrick Hospital Should Have A Basic Education To Understand And Follow Instructions And Safety Guidelines.
Food Handling And Safety Certification: Candidates Should Possess A Valid Food Handling And Safety Certification To Ensure That They Are Aware Of Proper Food Handling Techniques And Can Maintain A Safe And Hygienic Work Environment.
Previous Experience In A Food Service Or Hospitality Role: Prior Experience In A Food Service Or Hospitality Role Is Preferred As It Demonstrates The Candidate's Ability To Provide Quality Customer Service And Work In A Fast-Paced Environment.
