  1. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to support value-based care models at Providence St. Patrick Hospital.
  2. Lead and oversee the implementation of value-based care programs, including alternative payment models and accountable care organizations.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including physicians, clinical staff, and administrative leaders, to develop and implement best practices for value-based care delivery.
  4. Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in quality, cost, and patient outcomes.
  5. Provide leadership and direction to the value-based care team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on value-based care models and provide guidance to other leaders and staff within the organization.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as payers and community organizations, to support value-based care initiatives.
  8. Work closely with finance and revenue cycle teams to ensure proper tracking and reporting of financial performance related to value-based care contracts.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and changes in value-based care regulations and guidelines, and make recommendations for adjustments to the organization's strategies as needed.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to drive positive outcomes and enhance the patient experience.
  11. Provide mentorship and support to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
  12. Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and other events to promote the organization's value-based care initiatives.
  13. Develop and manage departmental budgets, resources, and staffing levels to support the successful execution of value-based care strategies.
  14. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote the organization's value-based care initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Uphold the organization's mission, vision, and values in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree: The Executive Medical Director Must Hold A Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution. This Ensures That They Have The Necessary Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Practices And Protocols.
