We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Enrollment Specialist to join our team and help us provide comprehensive Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans to our patients. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients have access to the best healthcare options available. We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in enrollment and a deep understanding of Medicare policies and regulations.   1. Process Medicare Advantage and Supplement enrollment applications accurately and efficiently.
  2. Verify patient eligibility and ensure all required documentation is obtained.
  3. Educate patients on Medicare policies and regulations and assist them in selecting the best healthcare plan for their needs.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized enrollment records and documentation.
  5. Collaborate with insurance providers and internal departments to resolve any enrollment or coverage issues.
  6. Stay up-to-date on changes in Medicare policies and regulations, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and address any questions or concerns they may have regarding their enrollment.
  8. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling patient information.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of enrollment strategies to increase patient enrollment and retention.
  10. Continuously monitor enrollment processes and identify areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  11. Work closely with the billing and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of enrollment information.
  12. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of enrollment efforts.
  13. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to enrollment processes and Medicare policies.
  14. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures and maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
  15. Act as a liaison between patients, insurance providers, and healthcare providers to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In Medicare Advantage And Supplement Enrollment.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Governing Medicare Enrollment And Eligibility.

  • Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Explain Complex Insurance Information To Patients.

  • Proficiency In Using Electronic Medical Record Systems And Insurance Billing Software.
