  1. Manage the distribution and inventory of medical supplies to ensure adequate stock levels and timely delivery to various departments within the hospital.
  2. Monitor and track medical supply usage and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to forecast supply needs and maintain accurate records of inventory.
  4. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of medical equipment and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
  5. Ensure that all medical supplies are properly stored, labeled, and organized for easy access.
  6. Coordinate with vendors to place orders, track deliveries, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  7. Follow established protocols for the handling and disposal of medical supplies, including hazardous materials.
  8. Train and supervise new distribution technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and procedures.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to address any supply or inventory concerns and make suggestions for process improvements.
