Dietitian

Our ideal candidate is a registered Dietitian who has a strong background in nutrition and the ability to implement nutrition care plans for a variety of patients. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics • Registered Dietitian with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics • At least two years of experience in clinical nutrition • Knowledge of nutritional guidelines, food allergies, and dietary restrictions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Knowledge of computer systems and programs

Responsibilities:

1. Develop individualized nutrition care plans for patients based on their health needs and preferences.
2. Monitor and evaluate the progress of patients in order to adjust nutrition care plans as needed.
3. Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and families.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients.
5. Develop and implement nutrition policies and procedures in accordance with standards of care.
6. Maintain accurate records of patient care and nutrition plans.
7. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to nutrition and food service.
8. Develop and implement nutrition programs to promote healthy eating habits.
9. Research and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in nutrition and dietetics.
10. Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in nutrition.
