Community Outreach Liaison

At Providence St. Patrick Hospital, we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and organized individual to join our team as a Community Outreach Liaison. The successful candidate will be a creative problem-solver who is passionate about engaging with stakeholders across the local community.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to build relationships with community members and organizations. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in community outreach.We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference and is ready to take on the challenge of representing Providence St. Patrick Hospital in the local community. Our successful candidate must be energetic, organized, and committed to providing excellent service to our patients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement of local stakeholders in Providence St. Patrick Hospital’s community outreach initiatives.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with community members and organizations to facilitate collaboration on community outreach initiatives.
3. Participate in outreach events and activities to represent Providence St. Patrick Hospital in the local community.
4. Identify and analyze stakeholders’ needs and interests to inform the development of community outreach initiatives.
5. Monitor and evaluate community outreach initiatives to ensure that they are meeting intended goals and objectives.
6. Prepare reports on community outreach initiatives and present findings to management and other stakeholders.
7. Develop and implement communication strategies to promote Providence St. Patrick Hospital’s community outreach activities.
8. Maintain accurate records of community outreach initiatives.
9. Remain up to date with changes in the local community and relevant policies and regulations.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
