Qualifications:- Active CNA certification in the state of Montana- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures- Ability to work collaboratively with a team- Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards in patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: Applicants Should Possess A Valid Cna Certification From An Accredited Program.

  • Strong Understanding Of Surgical Oncology: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Surgical Oncology Procedures, Protocols And Terminology To Effectively Assist In Patient Care.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Ability To Communicate Clearly And Effectively With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members Is Essential For This Role.

  • Attention To Detail: A High Level Of Attention To Detail Is Necessary To Accurately Document Patient Information, Assist With Procedures, And Monitor Patients For Any Changes Or Concerns.

  • Experience In An Acute Care Setting: Previous Experience Working As A Cna In An Acute Care Setting, Specifically In Surgical Oncology, Is Preferred. This Will Ensure The Candidate Is Familiar With The Fast-Paced And Complex Nature Of This Environment.
