As a CNA, you will become an integral part of our healthcare team, providing vital care to our patients. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing the highest quality of care and who will strive to make a difference in the lives of our patients.The ideal candidate for this position will have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, a current CNA certification in the state of Montana, and at least one year of CNA experience. Other qualifications include excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the capacity to work collaboratively with other team members. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide compassionate and dedicated care to patients in the Medical Surgical unit.
  2. Perform vital care duties such as taking vital signs, changing bed sheets, providing patient hygiene, and assisting with mobility.
  3. Maintain a positive and respectful relationship with patients and their families.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure the best patient care.
  5. Monitor and document patient progress, including changes in condition or behavior.
  6. Follow all hospital policies and procedures.
  7. Ensure a safe and sanitary environment for patients.
  8. Educate patients and family members about their care and treatment options.
  9. Participate in continuing education and professional development.
  10. Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly maintained.
