- Provide compassionate and quality care to patients in a fast-paced medical surgical unit.
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
- Assist with transferring and positioning patients as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing emotional support and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols.

Current Cna Certification: Candidates Should Have A Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) License From An Accredited Program.
Prior Experience In A Medical Surgical Setting: Previous Work Experience In A Medical Surgical Unit Or Similar Patient Care Environment Is Preferred.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Procedures: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology, Procedures, And Equipment Commonly Used In A Medical Surgical Unit.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members Is Essential For This Role.
Physical And Emotional Stamina: The Role Of A Cna In A Medical Surgical Unit Can Be Physically And Emotionally Demanding.
