  1. Participate in the Paid CNA Training Program, attending all training sessions and completing assignments and assessments.
  2. Provide compassionate care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
  3. Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  4. Monitor and document patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  5. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
  6. Follow all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control protocols, to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, providing clear and concise updates on patient care.
  8. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth by actively seeking feedback and implementing suggestions.
  9. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice in the healthcare field.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: Applicants For This Position Must Hold A Valid Cna Certification From A Recognized Training Program.

  • Enrollment In A Clinical Student Program: Candidates Must Be Currently Enrolled In A Clinical Student Program, Such As A Nursing Or Healthcare Assistant Program, To Be Considered For This Internship.

  • Strong Academic Record: Applicants Should Have A Strong Academic Record, With A Minimum Gpa Of 3.0, To Demonstrate Their Commitment And Ability To Succeed In A Rigorous Training Program.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As Interns Will Be Working Closely With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals, Strong Communication Skills Are Essential. Candidates Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively And Compassionately With Diverse Individuals.

  • Availability For A Flexible Schedule: This Internship Will Require Candidates To Be Available For A Flexible Schedule, Including Weekends And Evenings, To Gain The Necessary Hands-On Experience In A Clinical Setting.
