1. Dispensing Medications: The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately and safely dispensing medications to patients following all protocols and procedures.
2. Medication Management: The Clinical Pharmacist will review patient medication profiles to ensure appropriateness, safety, and effectiveness of prescribed medications. They will also provide recommendations to healthcare providers regarding potential drug interactions and alternative therapies.
