Clinical Liaison RN

The Clinical Liaison RN will be responsible for building relationships with our referral sources, managing the referral process, and ensuring a smooth transition of care from referral source to hospital.The successful candidate will have a valid RN license, an understanding of clinical operations, and a minimum of three years of clinical experience in an acute care setting. Additionally, the Clinical Liaison RN should be knowledgeable about current healthcare trends and regulations, have strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities of a Clinical Liaison RN:

9. Assist in resolving any issues related to the referral process.
10. Participate in hospital meetings and other clinical activities as needed.
