  1. Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients in the Urgent Care department.
  2. Utilize expertise and skills as a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  4. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by providers.
  5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  6. Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and medications.
  7. Monitor and record vital signs, lab results, and other diagnostic tests.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to promote a positive and collaborative environment.
  9. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  10. Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  11. Assist with triage and prioritization of patients based on severity of condition.
  12. Maintain a calm and organized work environment in a fast-paced setting.
  13. Advocate for patients' rights and ensure their needs are met.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
  15. Contribute to the overall mission and goals of Providence St. Patrick Hospital.

Job Qualifications
  • Bls Certification From The American Heart Association.

  • Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Montana.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Clinical Experience In An Urgent Care Setting.

  • Strong Triage And Assessment Skills To Effectively Handle Urgent Care Patient Needs.
