Job Description

We are seeking a Clinic RN with experience in Breast Oncology and Plastic Surgery to join the team at Providence St. Patrick Hospital. Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, patient-focused individual who can provide excellent care as part of a comprehensive team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate should have a passion for providing quality care and excellent customer service.To be successful in this role, the Clinic RN must have the following qualifications: current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Montana; at least one (1) year of experience as an RN in a clinic setting; knowledge of breast oncology and plastic surgery; and a commitment to continuing education. The successful candidate must also possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide quality care to patients in the clinic setting under the guidance of the medical team.
  2. Monitor patient progress, observing and recording symptoms, and taking any necessary action.
  3. Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and provide emotional support.
  4. Collaborate with the medical team to ensure optimal care for each patient.
  5. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
  6. Maintain accurate patient records and medical notes.
  7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
  8. Participate in continuing education activities to stay up-to-date on new treatments and technologies.
  9. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and visitors.
  10. Respond to patient inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
