  11. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case conferences to discuss patient care and develop effective treatment plans.
  12. Mentor and train new social workers, providing guidance and support as needed.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Social Work: A Care Manager - Social Worker At Providence St. Patrick Hospital Must Have A Degree In Social Work From A Reputable University.
