
Associate Patient Advocate
We at Providence St. Patrick Hospital are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Associate Patient Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a range of patient and family-centered care services to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare. You will be a patient advocate, working to ensure that each patient’s rights and needs are respected and met.To be successful, you must have an understanding of patient rights and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our patients and their families. You must also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities of Associate Patient Advocate:
- Provide a range of patient and family-centered care services to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare
- Act as a patient advocate, working to ensure that each patient's rights and needs are respected and met
- Educate patients and families on their rights and available services
- Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address patient concerns and provide solutions
- Monitor patient care to ensure quality and best practices are being followed
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain organized records of patient care services and patient interactions
- Remain up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations related to patient rights and healthcare
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on best practices in patient advocacy
