In this role, you will be responsible for providing a range of patient and family-centered care services to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare. You will be a patient advocate, working to ensure that each patient’s rights and needs are respected and met.To be successful, you must have an understanding of patient rights and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our patients and their families. You must also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities of Associate Patient Advocate:

  • Provide a range of patient and family-centered care services to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare
  • Act as a patient advocate, working to ensure that each patient's rights and needs are respected and met
  • Educate patients and families on their rights and available services
  • Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address patient concerns and provide solutions
  • Monitor patient care to ensure quality and best practices are being followed
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care
  • Maintain organized records of patient care services and patient interactions
  • Remain up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations related to patient rights and healthcare
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on best practices in patient advocacy
