
Associate Patient Advocate
We are seeking an exceptional Associate Patient Advocate to join our team at Providence St. Patrick Hospital. In this role, you will be a passionate advocate for our patients and their families, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and service. You will also serve as a liaison between the patient, family, and medical staff, advocating for the patient’s needs, rights, and interests.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:
- Assist patients and their families with navigating the healthcare system and ensure they receive the highest quality of care and service.
- Advocate for patient’s rights and best interests.
- Serve as a liaison between the patient, family, and medical staff to ensure patient needs are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and families.
- Resolve patient and family inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient medical records and paperwork.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with medical staff, patients, and families.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and provide feedback to medical staff and management.
- Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance patient experience.
