  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ENT and general surgery clinics at Providence St. Patrick Hospital.
  2. Ensure high-quality care for patients by monitoring and maintaining clinic processes and protocols.
  3. Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff.
  4. Develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes and overall clinic performance.
  5. Monitor and analyze clinic metrics and make necessary adjustments to meet performance goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Physicians, Staff, And Patients.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinic Operations, Preferably In Ent And General Surgery.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
