At Providence St. Patrick Hospital, we are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused team member to join us as an Associate Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for our patients.The Associate Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to patients, families, and visitors of the hospital. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask and prioritize efficiently.If you have a friendly and positive attitude, a strong customer service focus, and an understanding of the hospital environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities of an Associate Customer Service Representative:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors of Providence St. Patrick Hospital.
  2. Address patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding hospital services.
  3. Maintain a friendly and positive attitude in all interactions with patients and other hospital staff.
  4. Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues.
  5. Follow hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
  6. Utilize effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Monitor patient flow in the hospital and direct patients to the appropriate departments.
  8. Monitor patient satisfaction by collecting feedback and making improvements.
  9. Update customer service databases and other systems, as needed.
  10. Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned.
