The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for our patients.The Associate Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to patients, families, and visitors of the hospital. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities of an Associate Customer Service Representative:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors of Providence St. Patrick Hospital.
- Address patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding hospital services.
- Maintain a friendly and positive attitude in all interactions with patients and other hospital staff.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Follow hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
- Utilize effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor patient flow in the hospital and direct patients to the appropriate departments.
- Monitor patient satisfaction by collecting feedback and making improvements.
- Update customer service databases and other systems, as needed.
- Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned.
