  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell healthcare services to healthcare providers and organizations.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the hospital's client base.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
  6. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and generate leads.
  7. Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the hospital's services and benefits.

  10. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the hospital.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions and sales forecasts.
  12. Continuously seek feedback from clients and use it to improve sales strategies and processes.
  13. Stay informed about changes and developments in the healthcare industry and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  14. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  15. Uphold the hospital's values and mission, promoting a positive and professional image to clients and the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Healthcare Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Sales, Preferably In A Hospital Setting

  • Demonstrated Success In Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Goals

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Current Trends And Regulations
