We are looking for an exceptional Ticket Manager to join the Providence College Athletics team. This is an opportunity to work with a highly successful and renowned Division I athletic program in a vibrant, student-focused community. The Ticket Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for all athletics ticketing programs. In addition, they will maintain the highest customer service standards and provide exceptional customer service to all patrons.The ideal candidate will have a combination of experience in customer service, ticketing, sales, and marketing. They must be an organized, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and customer service skills.If you have a passion for customer service and ticketing, and a strong desire to join an exciting and successful athletics program, we want to hear from you!
