Job Description

The Operations Coordinator at Providence College is an integral part of the College’s operations team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate for this position will be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence in customer service and a commitment to creating an inclusive environment for our campus community.The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of duties that are essential to the successful operations of the College. This includes managing the daily operations of the College’s mailroom and copy center, overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of campus buildings and grounds, and providing administrative support to the Operations team. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the College’s operational policies and procedures, and will be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders.Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field• At least two years of experience in operations, customer service, or a related field• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office software• Familiarity with basic office equipment and machinery• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment• Commitment to the College’s values of inclusion and excellence in customer service
