- Corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions and financing transactions
- SEC and State reporting; reporting to parent company
- Regulatory compliance for insurance holding company, including inter-company agreements and regulatory filing, review and approval processes
- Corporate secretarial and governance for a holding company system
2-4 years of experience
