- Develop and implement investment strategies that align with Prologis' overall goals and objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, including conducting financial analysis and due diligence.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry contacts to source new investment opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and deal structuring for new investments.
