Knowledge Of Real Estate And Logistics Industry: Prologis Deals With Commercial Real Estate And Logistics Properties, So A Sales Associate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of These Industries. This Includes Knowledge Of Market Trends, Industry Regulations, And Competitors.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Sales Associate, Strong Communication Skills Are Essential For Building Relationships With Clients And Negotiating Deals. They Should Also Have The Ability To Work Well In A Team And Collaborate With Different Departments Within Prologis.
