Job Description

  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies for the organization to minimize potential hazards and ensure the safety of employees, clients, and assets.
  2. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across all areas of the organization, including operations, projects, and investments.
  3. Identify and analyze potential risks, including financial, operational, and environmental risks, and develop plans to mitigate them.
  4. Monitor and evaluate existing risk management processes and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that risk management strategies are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
  6. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to risk management and make necessary adjustments to the organization’s policies and procedures.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as insurance providers and regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  8. Communicate risk management strategies and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
  9. Provide training and support to employees on risk management practices and procedures.
  10. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure that risk management policies and procedures are being followed effectively.
  11. Prepare reports and presentations on risk management activities and outcomes for senior management and other stakeholders.
  12. Proactively identify emerging risks and develop strategies to address them before they become major issues for the organization.
  13. Analyze and report on key risk indicators and trends to identify areas of improvement.
  14. Collaborate with legal counsel to manage and resolve any risk-related legal issues.
  15. Participate in crisis management and business continuity planning to ensure the organization is prepared for potential disasters or emergencies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Risk Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In The Real Estate Or Logistics Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Best Practices Related To Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Communicate With Various Stakeholders.
