- Identify and document any quality or safety issues found during inspections.
- Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to address and resolve any identified issues.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to continuously improve the overall quality of Prologis properties.
- Communicate and report inspection findings to relevant stakeholders, including upper management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to logistics real estate and incorporate them into quality control processes.
- Conduct periodic training for property managers and maintenance teams on quality control best practices.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all inspections and findings.
- Proactively identify potential areas for improvement in property quality and make recommendations to management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as safety protocols, while performing inspections.
