  1. Conduct thorough inspections of project components to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  2. Create and maintain detailed inspection reports, identifying any discrepancies or issues.
  3. Collaborate with project managers and team members to develop and implement quality control processes.
  4. Monitor and analyze project progress to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Conduct audits of project materials, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  6. Communicate with suppliers and contractors to address any quality concerns or discrepancies.
  7. Train and educate team members on quality control processes and procedures.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve quality control processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to quality control.
  10. Act as a point of contact for any quality-related inquiries or concerns from clients or stakeholders.
  11. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on quality control status and any challenges.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  13. Conduct final inspections and approve project components for release.
  14. Document and report any quality control issues or incidents and recommend solutions.
  15. Uphold the company's commitment to excellence and high-quality standards in all aspects of the job.

  • Knowledge Of Quality Standards: A Quality Assurance Inspector At Prologis Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Quality Standards And Regulations Related To The Property Management Industry.

  • Attention To Detail: A Critical Aspect Of The Job Is To Identify And Report Any Defects Or Issues In A Property. Hence, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Attention To Detail And Be Able To Identify Even The Smallest Of Discrepancies.

  • Strong Communication Skills: The Role Involves Interacting With Various Stakeholders Such As Property Managers, Contractors, And Tenants.
