- Conduct thorough and detailed inspections of Prologis properties and facilities to ensure they meet company standards and regulations.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform quality checks and identify any deficiencies or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with property managers and facility maintenance teams to address any issues or concerns found during inspections.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy in inspections.
- Keep accurate and organized records of all inspections and findings, and report any trends or recurring issues to management.
- Train and educate team members on quality control standards and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and suggest improvements for quality control processes.
- Communicate effectively with various departments and stakeholders to address and resolve any quality concerns.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure any identified issues have been resolved and maintain quality standards over time.
- Uphold Prologis' reputation as a global leader in logistics real estate by ensuring consistent high-quality standards across all properties and facilities.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Quality Assurance, Or Construction Management.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Control Or Quality Assurance Role, Preferably In The Real Estate Or Construction Industry.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 9001 And Leed.
Strong Attention To Detail And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Solve Quality Issues.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Contractors.
