- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations.
- Ensure properties are in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance and repair contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of work.
- Monitor property budget and expenses, providing regular reports to management.
- Communicate effectively with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all property-related activities, including leases, contracts, and maintenance logs.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any potential issues.
- Assist in the preparation of annual property budgets and provide input on cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with leasing teams to ensure smooth tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations related to logistics and industrial real estate.
- Train and supervise property support staff, such as administrative assistants or maintenance personnel.
- Foster positive relationships with property owners, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize property management software to track and report on property performance.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost savings within property management operations.
Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or Related Field.
3-5 Years Of Experience In Property Management, Preferably In Commercial Real Estate.
Working Knowledge Of Property Management Software, Such As Yardi Or Mri.
Strong Understanding Of Lease Agreements, Financial Statements, And Budgeting.
