- Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the goals and objectives of the organization.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and prices, and maintain positive working relationships with vendors.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and prices to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their procurement needs and develop plans to meet those needs.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and pricing agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in procurement.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the procurement process.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions and transactions.
- Provide regular reports and updates on procurement activities to management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the procurement process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train and mentor other team members as needed.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative working environment with team members and other departments.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Real Estate Or Logistics Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Procurement Best Practices And Principles, Including Sourcing Strategies, Contract Negotiation, And Supplier Management.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Cost-Saving Opportunities And Improve Procurement Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal Stakeholders And External Suppliers.
