- Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function.

- Train and mentor junior procurement staff as needed.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Preferably In The Real Estate Industry.
Strong Negotiation And Contract Management Skills.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Procurement Processes And Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Suppliers.
